2

Make the marinade

In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, black pepper, dried thyme, and cumin. Stir well until everything is mixed into a smooth spice rub.

3

Coat the lamb chops

Rub the marinade generously over both sides of each lamb chop. Make sure every piece is well coated.

4

Bake

Place the lamb chops on a baking tray and cook in the preheated 400°F oven for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through at the 15-minute mark for even cooking.

Rest and serve

Remove from the oven and let rest for 2–3 minutes before serving. Serve with roasted vegetables, rice, or a fresh salad.

Serpil's Tip

For even more flavor, rub the marinade on the lamb chops and let them rest for 30 minutes before cooking — or even overnight in the fridge. A squeeze of fresh lemon right before serving brightens everything up beautifully.
