Tender lamb chops rubbed with olive oil and warm Turkish spices — simple to prepare, impressive to serve. Ready in 35 minutes.
Preheat your oven to 400°F. This gives you just enough time to prepare the marinade while it heats up.
⏱ 10 minutesIn a small bowl, combine the olive oil, black pepper, dried thyme, and cumin. Stir well until everything is mixed into a smooth spice rub.
Rub the marinade generously over both sides of each lamb chop. Make sure every piece is well coated.
Place the lamb chops on a baking tray and cook in the preheated 400°F oven for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through at the 15-minute mark for even cooking.
⏱ 25–30 minutesRemove from the oven and let rest for 2–3 minutes before serving. Serve with roasted vegetables, rice, or a fresh salad.
