I'm Serpil — a Turkish home cook living on Lake Norman, North Carolina. Back in Türkiye, cooking was never just about food. It was how we said "I love you." It was how we welcomed strangers and celebrated family.
I brought that spirit with me across the ocean. Everything I make is simple, real, and cooked from the heart. No fancy techniques — just good ingredients, a little patience, and a lot of love.
